PaladinRaboso Fiore
- In the vineyardRaboso, an ancient variety from Veneto, cultivated to express an intense, fresh and authentic fruit.
- In the cellarShort maceration with skins and fermentation using the Martinotti method, followed by 40 days on yeasts.
- For tastingRuby red with violet reflections, aromas of red fruits and violets. Fresh, dry, fruity and with an elegant finish.
- PairingIdeal with pizza, grilled meats and fish, roasts, and casual meals. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
PaladinSyrah Tramarossa
- In the vineyardSyrah, an international variety with a spicy character, cultivated with tradition and harvested with a slight over-ripening to achieve greater expression.
- In the cellarVinification at 25 °C and maceration for 15 days, followed by a brief maturation in barrels to soften the tannins.
- For tastingDeep red with garnet highlights. Aromas of red fruits, black cherry, and black pepper. Fruity, fresh, and smooth.
- PairingIdeal with meats, sausages, cheeses, and grilled foods. Also perfect to enjoy on its own after dinner. Ideal temperature: 16 to 18 °C
PaladinPralis
- In the vineyardChardonnay and Sauvignon grown in different terroirs to achieve a balance between freshness, minerality and aromatic expression.
- In the cellarVinified separately at low temperatures. The Chardonnay develops its mineral notes, while the Sauvignon Blanc matures on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
- For tastingStraw yellow with golden highlights. Aromas of white peach, flowers, and citrus. On the palate, it is enveloping, fresh, and slightly sweet.
- PairingIdeal as an appetizer and with blue cheeses, cured hams, delicate risottos, and fish. Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
